Number of the Day

7A2682 - Okay, this one is definitely cheating because there is a number in there. But humor me. Edward Waters has some of the most distinct colors in men’s volleyball with a bright purple and orange. From my research, the purple is #7A2682 (Vanity) and the orange is #FF671D (Heat). I doubt they use the names Vanity and Heat, but how cool does that sound? You probably don’t care about any of this. But what you should care about is how these colors are used inside the Adams-Jenkins Community Sports & Music Complex. This is the most chaotic court that I have seen in volleyball. I love it. It makes the Boise State Smurf Turf looks tame. I’m sure some hate it, but I think it gives the Tigers a unique advantage that others should consider. Please, never change (unless you make it louder).
