4,542 - It was a very busy Friday in the men’s volleyball world. In total, teams scored a combined 4,542 points throughout 27 matches. That’s a lot! This is the most points in a single day since at least 2020 (that is how far my data goes back). It is far toe guess that this could have been the most points scored in a single day ever. If anyone can find a higher number, please let me know.

A fun day of volleyball last night and a fun day to come. The battle for Irvine was interesting as was the Lindenwood double. BYU in Boston for 2 more matches will help if they continue to win. Also, some very impressive individual performances. I am ready for seconds.
