MIVA Mayhem is alive and well. Will the other conferences act the same today?
Number of the Day
2 - Traveling is expensive. Traveling with an entire volleyball team is very expensive. Even so, 2 teams have traveled to Puerto Rico this season: UMES and Barry. The UPR system has several programs that field a men’s volleyball team. With the growing national footprint of volleyball, it makes sense to include more teams (especially ones that are technically part of the NCAA.) Today, Barry will play 2 different programs from UPR. This is what growing the game looks like (even if it makes figuring out what to do with these teams in the model very difficult.)
